The home’s build has been ingrained with some Australian history as the material used for the external stonework, the stone table in the back garden and the floor of the kitchen/dining area was sourced from the left- over granite used to build the new Parliament House in Canberra. The large hewed beams are from an old Sydney warehouse, while the slate in the kitchen and the bathrooms are from the roof of an old terrace house in Sydney.

Apart from its world-class craftsmanship, the home also features double glazing throughout, open fire place and spa bath.

From the cliff’s edge at the boundary of the property, there is a path that provides access to the rocky shore and its quiet sandy coves. Alternatively, the main beach is only a 5 minute walk away through a secluded forest path.
