This property is all about the family and that includes the family pooch. Located 700 meters from the water- with no hills it’s a lovely leisurely walk to the beach.

The main section of the house has 2 bedrooms, main with ensuite, large kitchen with built-in-dishwasher, microwave and an area that is perfect for child’s play with toys included.

Open plan living and dining, reverse cycle air-conditioning plus ceiling fans located throughout the house. TV, DVD player, books and family games will keep everyone amused.

Downstairs is a separate 1 bedroom flat with kitchenette, and a bathroom that is ideal for the grandparents.

Gas BBQ and outdoor setting are provided. Bushland reserve is situated at the rear of the property.

A doggie bed is located on the verandah and accessible from 2 bedrooms. The backyard is fully fenced.

Please note that access to the garage is not included.
