This four bedroom home is perfect for 2 families – 3 living areas, 3 bathrooms are spread over three levels. A large deck overlooking bushland has an outdoor setting plus a gas BBQ for your enjoyment. A port-cot and high chair are also provided for the younger ones. The larger lounge area has a wood burning firebox which is perfect for the cooler months. There is no garage but off street parking is permitted.

3rd Bedroom: 1 x Set Of Bunks & 1 x Sofa Bed.
4th Bedroom: 1 x Tri-Bunk.
